Screwball's Community SPOTLIGHT

So tell everyone what brought you to Screwball Gaming?    " I was recruited by Waywatcher - Screwball Gaming's Business and Community Development Manager, whom I had worked with before under his company PrideStark. " 

Other than being a bomb ass gamer, what else do you do?  "I'm a Security Supervisor at a University and loving Uncle."    

How long have you been streaming and what made you want to?    "I’ve been streaming for about 8 years. I’ve always been a big fighting game fan. It's a huge part of my life. Which led me to seeing Maximillian Dood’s Twitch channel. Maximilian covers tons of FGC related content and I used to watch his channel for hours before sleeping at night. My girlfriend at the time noticed and she encouraged me to start my own channel and I’ve been doing it ever since."     

What is the hardest thing you’ve had to overcome to be where you are and  do you still deal with it the same way as you did when you first began?   "People on the internet can be really toxic. I had to learn that no matter if someone in your chat is negative or positive it all becomes ad revenue." 

So if someone was thinking about jumping in a game with you what could  they expect?   "Fighting games tend to be really difficult to get into. I’d like to think that I’m average at them but I have a history of making people quit."

 How would you describe yourself to someone you've never met?    "I can be really intense. I’m super sensitive but I’m caring and generous."

Any advice for the guys and gals just starting out?   "A stream is made of constantly flowing water. To be a streamer you should constantly be creating content. You have to love it. Learn to become one with the camera."     

What currently on the life radar for you, what's coming up, what can we expect next?   "I really want to go to Defend the North and Combo Breaker next year."
